A 1:  Method 1- You can place sample or trial order via SoarRocs’Aliexpress store, or online wholesale.

          Method 2- Contact pre-sales or other trade messengers online, message your order demands, we will confirm your PO and send you PI, After you arranging payment for order, all next works will be fulfilled by SoaRocs team;

Q 2: What kind of payment do you accept?

A 2: Paypal, Bank Transfer, Aliexpress, Escrow, Credit Card etc.

Q 3: What warranty terms does SoarRocs provide?

A 3: SoarRocs provide 12-18 months quality warranty and 30 days unconditional return.

We promise you that all products we sell are in good quality, 100% original as well as totally new condition.There have complete inspection and strict quality tests before shipment. We always do our effort  to avoid any quality problem.

Take rim and wheel for example, buyers can share 12 month quality warranty for clincher series, and 18 months for tubular series and MTB series. SoarRocs will repair or replace it free of charge if defective part occurs in first 3 months. You just need pay the postage if the defects happened  from the 4th month to warranty period ends.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.

SoarRocs Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with our products, you can return it for a new replacement or refund with the following limitations:

1]Please contact us in time for any return. Email, Trade Messenger, Skype, Tel. are all fine.

Return without advanced notification will not be accepted;

2]Buyers have 30 days from date of purchase to return products;

3] Postage and labor cost are not refundable. Postage need be paid by buyers for a replacement;

4]Customized products like spokes order are non-refundable and not replaceable, including customized length or laced.

5]If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please take some photos and contact us immediately, we'll handle process for your return or replacement in time;

Below improper use will void your warranty

a>. Normal wear and tear;

b>. Damages caused by natural disaster;

c>. Crashes and accidents;

d>. Damage or deterioration on the surface finish or appearance which has no effect on the function;

e>. Misuse (off-road riding, jumping, trick riding, cyclo-cross etc)

f>. Modification of wheels or improper assembly;

g>. Tire pressure exceeding 140psi;

h>. Improper follow-up maintenance or maintenance by an unauthorized technicians;

i>.  Error installation, the accessories not match with or not compatible with the products as sold;

Above warranty does not cover

j>.  Normal wear items (nipples, bearings, skewers, spokes, rim strips etc);

k>.  Surface finishes and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, stickers etc);

l>.  Using brake pads for carbon rim only,Change brake pads when wear is indicated;

m>. 12 All other bicycle components;

n>.  Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable);

Warning: If you do not follow these guidelines the warranty will be void;

o>.  Exceed the maximum tire inflation pressure;

Attn: The Recommended inflation pressure is 130psi↓ for road and 70psi ↓ for MTB;

p>.  Cleaning rim surface and brake pads before you use your wheels;

q>.  Using high pressure rim strips for clincher wheels;
